:D

Hi everyone,  am so sorry I haven't written a post in a while... My laptop was messed up for some time and it wasn't working properly. I also have been very busy with my little sister and all of these birthday parties she has to go to.

BUT I have VERY exciting news that you can check out on my other blog, Diabetes with the Sugarbuster: www.thesugarbusterdiabetes.blogspot.com

After this Sunday, my summer will stop being lazy and relaxed, but I feel like I am being thrown onto a roller coaster because of how busy we are for the rest of the summer.

Here is what we are going to do this summer:
1. I am going to diabetes camp. I love this camp because I get to meet other girls with diabetes. (sleepaway camp, all girls) I am going for 2 weeks, starting this Sunday - SOOO EXCITED! - and my mom is picking me up in the morning of the last day of camp to do our second huge event.

2. We are going to SWEDEN, NORWAY, AND DENMARK!! Another big trip this summer. We are going to a family friend's wedding in Osby, Sweden. (No kids allowed 8P) but first we fly into Frankfurt, and then explore northern Germany (Hamburg, etc) and maybe go to the Czech Republic to Prauge. Then we will go to Copenhagen, Denmark and explore there for the last few days before the wedding, then after the wedding we will explore Oslo and western Norway and then go back to Copenhagen. I am super excited!!!!!!!

If you click on one of the pictures, they zoom in and its kind of like a gallery type thing I guess.... Anyway, I hope you like it and if you have something that you want to add to it, message me one or email it to me and I will add it to the amazing Art Gallery.

Wolves

Hi! Remember that post about my artistically talented friend? Well, I told you that this artist loves to draw, paint and create artwork about wolves. I am going to show you 2 pieces that this artist (who wishes to be ingocnito) has painted or drawn. The pieces I am going to show you are amazing and incredible! I hope you like them!

The Artiste

I have recently restarted my art career thanks to my friend. She is an amazing artist, and I was re-inspired to start sketching. I hope you like my pieces and please tell me what I should draw next!
I got a nice black outlining pen that I tried to use on my sketchbook, but that didn't turn out too well. The first sketchbook I ever had was thick paper that the pen would not bleed through, but when I got my new sketchbook, the pen bled through the page and onto the next one! I was drawing a meme collage for my friend, and the marker and pen bled through the paper. I was just in time to lift the page up so it didn't get onto the next page, only barely.
Most of the time, I get in a zone that you can't get me out of by calling my name or speaking in a regular voice. You need to yell my name a few times before I get out of my zone and into the real world. I usually sketch in my room and sometimes at my desk, wherever it is convenient. The most annoying part of this is that when I need an eraser or pen or something, I get out of the zone and get very annoyed with myself for not remembering to put the supply in arm reaching distance.
Then I need to get back in the zone! This is the tricky part. Most times it takes about 5 minutes, but sometimes it can take 15 minutes because I lost my train of thought. This process is very frustrating, but sucessful. I get a lot of work done when I am in the zone.

Yet Another Birthday Party

This past week has been amazing! My little sister's birthday party was really fun! We made pillows that had moustaches and other things. They had little holes around the edges so we had to stick pipe cleaners through them and it was not easy! There also were some really obese pipe cleaners that my dad had to help me with!

We also danced in their dancing room. They had strobe lights! It felt like they were taking pictures and flipping them really quickly. They also had lasers which were really fun to dance in! We did a parachute where you went under with some other kids and sat while the other guests flapped the parachute as hard as they could.
It was awesome.
We also ate some surprisingly good cake even though it was from Stop and Shop. The pizza was from our favorite pizza place and they delivered it right to the place where we were having my sister's party! thank goodness I was allowed to invite my friend and her little sister or I never would've made it! If she wasn't there I would have been alone with a bunch of small kids. That would definitely not be fun. Trust me.

Birthday Party!

I had my birthday party yesterday and it was awesome!!! We made our own pizzas and decorated our own cakes! 2 of my friends cakes were, interesting is one way to describe them. One of them dumped like a pound of frosting and just kept adding more, my other friend's cake was all blue and she gave up on a knife after the first minute of two of cake-decorating. I had 15 or so at the party in an Aux Delices industrial kitchen. They were cooking some kind of stew that made me want to eat whatever kind of stew it was more than the frosting. Frosting is one of my favorite things to eat so that means that the stew smelled really good. Ok, now for presents. I got 2 bracedlets 1 is turquoise and yellow and 1 is orange and pink. I also got Scrabble Flash, Bubble Talk (the best game eva), Sleeping queens the card game(From the same person), (These are from a different person but she got me all of these gifts) a decorate your own mosaic jewelry box, some halloween socks, and a little stuffed ghost. I also got a zebra print cardigan, a pair of spandex and 2 Wishlist giftcards 1 $50 and 1 $25. I also got an Abercrombie giftcard for I don't know how much yet but I'll find out when I get to the store. I also got 2 iTunes giftcards (Both for 25 bucks) and thats it. I'm rich!

Over the summer my family and I went on an amazing trip in Europe! We went to France, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria! my whole family loved Germany the best. We liked Munich the best out of all of the cities we've been to! We also went to euro Disney which was really fun. It was right outside of Paris. They gave me a special Diabetes pass and I went from ride to ride to ride without having to wait in line. We were on rides until 11 o clock every night! France was fun and we got to see a lot of cows which was awesome! Then we drove to Switzerland and we saw the real Matterhorn! No joke! We drove through the Swiss Alps and finally the German Alps and we arrived in Munich. From there we took day trips to Austria. Like one day we went to Salzburg where Mozart was born. We saw the salt mines and went really deep under the mountain. I wore a dress (Yes, a dress) and flip flops and halfway through the tour I couldn't feel my toes. We crossed the border from Austria to Germany under the mountain and back again. It was really cool! In Munich we saw a lot of Beer Gardens and Beer Houses and my parents took a picture of every beer they drank. I got to taste wine, beer and champagne throughout the countries. (Beer in Germany and Austria, Champagne and wine in France!) We had so much fun!
